The other way I look at things @Fishinnick would be I haven't made enough money by selling too soon but I am not
losing any by holding mainly cash anyhow.
I got the GFC - saw that one coming and felt foolish when the market kept going up - I just can't fine tune this and our
relationship with China isn't helping much at the moment.
My caution comes with my age too. Too old to take a big hit and don't care to see funds disappear.
It will be interesting to see how retail sales go pre and after Xmas though.
