The cost of housing here in Oz not cheap either and once again do we see the share market climb a wall of worry before
it tumbles?
Programs ending this month as well. I'd be buying very selectively indeed and still I sit on some cash with the old - not losing
is winning sometimes.
That is a quote from @1ronnie and I do like reading his thread as well. The brain has to be used and it's getting quite a
work out of late.
Maybe my fear is just greater than my greed these days. Dying broke by giving money away would be fine with a comfortable
old age but losing it in the share market would be horrible.
