I use DuckDuckGo and Firefox - both are great, free, safe and have security measures you can use for free.

I us Ad-Block which I find very good ... it's also free.

I use Intego for virus control - I pay an annual fee for that but have been using them (previously another name) since 1997/8?

Also have an external backup which runs continually.

Not that I'm paranoid or anything.
