Percentages tell everything and you being an investor should know that.

Would you rather a share thats $1 thats goes up 10c or a share thats worth $10 and goes up 20c?
If this type trend continues that $1 share eventually catches up with the $10 one, the gap closes.

Also a leader of a country should have policies that make everyone better off, not just some, it's good to see people become successful and someone like Musk has made a great contributions to the World and humanity too.

And a job that pays 50k doesn't require the same skills and abilities as one that pays 150k in a normal world with merit, it's up to the individual to better themselves and if they want to increase their incomes then they need to upgrade their skill set so they are worth more, most people through life normally do this, they do courses, get tickets to drive machinery, open small businesses, go to Tafe's etc etc

People in the bottom 25% don't always stay there, most move up the ladder somewhat.

Trump or moreso Bessent has clearly said it's main streets turn, this will close the gap a lot, it's a fundamental shift, not completely of course as you can't just pay everyone the same, low skills are always lower paid, higher skills are higher paid, amounts people can be paid are relative to how much wealth or profits they create with their work and thats quite logical and common sense.
