What I like about that one liner from J61034322 is this statement:
"It takes roughly 500,000 pounds of uranium to keep a 1 GWe (gigawatt of electric energy) nuclear reactor fueled per year, and a new reactor requires up to 1.5 million pound at start-up, according to Hinze."
So PEN only has to be able to supply (contract) the start-up fuel for a few new reactors in the USA and bang it flying a kite. If the price is not too low.
