Well the Cinovec project was recently (4th of June) nearly not included by Usti region for consideration as a strategic project due to lack of information provided to the assessment committee. This is tragic, and by some miracle/luck it was included at last notice for consideration after it was discarded (!) by the local authority.

Can we please all take a minute to understand the gravity of this? You have these mindless pumpers who are completely not aware what is happening at the local level whilst the project is actively stalling and is lacking support.

Key extract below from the meeting minutes:

"It was the lack of information on the final solution of the project that led to the fact that the representatives of the Ústí Region suggested postponing the discussion of the project until the final documentation was delivered to the members of the Regional Standing Conference (RSK).

However, the suspensive resolution was not adopted and the project was submitted for discussion. Subsequently, it was recommended by a narrow majority of members of the RSK, subject to consideration, to the Selection Committee of the Ministry of the Interior and thus became the 8th recommended strategic project for the Ústí Region. The representatives of the Ústí Region did not support the project due to a lack of information for consideration by the Selection Committee, but they were outvoted by the members of the plenary session."

So all pumping aside (from the usual recalcitrants/suspects), Cinovec's support is looking not great and it is immediately caused by the lack of information supplied to the Committee that is assessing projects for the strategic status consideration. These continuous delays on the DFS are now affecting all spheres of the stakeholders: EU Gov, Czech Gov, Local Gov, Regional Authority, EBRD - are all at the end of their patience as they have no metrics to defend/support their EU applications for grants, this is quickly becoming a disaster.

Come on EMH pull you fcking finger out! These opportunities will not always be here, the EU decision makers need updated metrics to stake their claim of the green funding.
