Fair market value would be: SP + some degree of premium % on VWAP, EMH are setting up the scene for a shareholder wealth slaughter.
Shareholders have zero, I repeat zero reason to trust the Board, nothing that has been announced and spruiked for years in advance has happened, why would we believe that 'all of a sudden' the Board would try to look after the shareholder interests?
