With all the time KC has had, with delay after delay, why has he not looked at other assets/tenaments? CEZ have met the goals they have announced. EMH have not. Another asset could have filled in the time, offered other avenues to develop EMH, awaiting Cinovec progress. It reads as though he is ticking along for the big pay day and the buy out. IMO.
