Just last month, KC (for the very first time) brought the takeover idea up, in that last interview, that 'CEZ takeover is not out of the question, but will be to a major benefit of the shareholders, if it was to be considered'. What that means to me, is that EMH/CEZ are prepping the ground for the takeover, simple as that, why else would KC start bringing it up randomly?The puzzle pieces are falling into place, unfortunately not in shareholders favour.

It was always the case. The takeover was the most plausible outcome. Sadly it will come at a very low price.
