Here's what I mean about 5 day RSI.
It is unprecedented that 5 day RSI doesn't make highs above 80 if the market is making new highs and going higher.
The closest I can find going back to '82 is 2001 as shown and even there it snuck over a couple of times.
Maybe it will soon!
