Well good news on the S3 oil, and as I thought and said in an earlier post no testing until later.

It appears that VPE doesn't want ITC share price to run!

I really think ITC need to make some announcement on the new value of ITC otherwise the shareholders will get a low ball offer which due to ITC lack of positive promoting will make it extremely difficult for ITC Directors to defend a much higher independent share valuation, i.e. not a creditable defence.

ITC need to start to position the company as if a t/o is a possibility as of now.

We shall see.
