Warnie I wouldn't be so concerned with the shorters this time after the TOL re-issueance news.
It is not same game,different day as you said.
Shorters short stocks where they perceive weakness in the company eg debt,commodity price etc.
At the time when the TOL was released there was immediate opposition to it.Shorters sensed that appeals were a strong possibility and started pushing the price down again.
This time around when the good news comes through it will be a final decision and the plant will start operating.
There will be still opposition and probably some disturbances and maybe even more legal challenges but not enough to prevent the plant from operating.With the uncertainty of the issueance of TOL removed, shorters will have to compete with insto's who want to take a position in a growth stock.Maybe this time around they will help us pushing the price up.
