That's one of the most beautiful graphs i've ever seen!
I love how the bulls say that the clearance rates are holding up so well with all the supply on the market, that makes me ask 2 questions:
1. What happened to the enormous housing shortage?
2. If the market is so strong what are all these crazy people doing selling? Don't they know the property spruikers have guaranteed 10% growth regardless!
