Is investing in stock market the same as gambling horses on melbourne cup? yes or no, you have a choice. Half way through the race and your pick of horse running in the last position, you can't get your money back, and that's what called gambling. On the stock market, the shares you bought fell below your expected level, you still have the right to cut loss and preserve your capital, that's what called money/risk management.
No stops = No money management = Gambling. Good luck punters.
