Dont panic,everything is down today.And financials will recover into the end of the session i believe.I did mention we would retrace a bit today due no lead from wall st.I will be watching the close for the banks today as it will give an idea of what is expected tonite with oil and the US.It is a big call but i am expecting oil to fall tonite.I have a pivotal turning point for the US as of thursday last week.so for this to play out we need oil to fall.As for accumulation,i think there is a bit of accumulation going on in the financials,the volume over the last week has increased on the buy side which is a good sign,i think many investors do see commodities coming off and looking for somewhere else to park their money.Im not saying finacials are out of the woods but there is some sector rotation going on.

if we can get oil to come off within the next couple of sessions.look for a rally for 2-3 weeks
