I understand but such a big travel agency it has already budget for the following transformation. Last 11 years FLT has earned a lot of money which can be invested into new technology, people, processes and make this company more up-to-date what is required by clients today.
Small travel companies they will be gone because they do not have a market share like FLT and also they do not have access to financial market where they can borrow money for transformation if they need it.
I understand but such a big travel agency it has already budget...
