O and credit crunch. Everyone has credit cards and stupid stuff I have always avoided. I buy assets with money I own, not a house in 35 years I paid twice for. Let them bleed and flee, take power from super funds with cash outs. Let everyone's greed in wanting something now benefit those who save and pay their bills and I'll buy those houses without putting myself in debt to a dirty system of what I would consider slavery.
