The above is a cut and paste from a 2007 article. I found the relationship with blocks 15,17 and 18 most interesting as these blocks are what we are looking at and the refinery is part of the Governements terms.

Block 6 is shallow and comprises on-shore ? Could this be a suitable location for a refinery ?

There is also pipleines currently traversing through these offshore blocks if you check the Sonangol website.

Will be great if/when this becomes a reality.
