Would you guys see an Institutional CR as a form of accumulation?
Although, alot of the insto raises end up going heavily underwater for a long period of time. Potentially to suck out every last drop of supply?
Recent example ORE - Insto & retail RI at 655, cornerstone placement to Toyota at 750 and then SP belted to sub 5 (looks like the work of MS and UBS from broker data and short sales)
