    Received this info today in response to query regarding NOI and mining timetable.


    *************************************
    The NOI has been recommended by the EPA for approval. A $1 million
    bond has been lodged to cover environmental rehabilitation. The NOI
    should now be issued by the mines department within 5 days, then mining
    operations can commence.
