    Yup, tried first thing.
    Reinstalled windows, changed ethernet cable, changed adaptor and checked drivers, firewall exception, talked to both westpac and Iress tech support (added proxy server exceptions, etc. Whatever they told me to do),
    installed new graphics card, thats the last thing before I have to buy new system.
