Yes! Its the best long term view of markets that seem to make sense to me! I was always a bit critical of debt and property investing, but now I know the rules I feel more comfortable moving my investments around the asset pool. He still hasn't convinced me re the shorter time frame timing stuff. I follow the Calnan Flack stuff as well. I'll be interested to see if they managed to pick recent market turn before it happened.
