Thanks @Beany72 - the weekly chart on PME and the last bar always reminds to "wait to see what happens". There is indecision but obviously has a lot of volatility.
For traders that use Indicators I might mention I've been having a look at a relatively late addition to the Indicator list - it's the Relative Vigor Index - so far it seems to replicate a few others but I'm interested in the application of it in conjunction with the RSI.
The RVII does seem to give a fairly good indication of a stock turning up from a low if used with an oversold indication on the RSI.
