    Thanks for sharing the email 'reply' Mitta3. I sent Gavin an email a few months ago outlining my poor customer experience. I got no reply.

    New and prospective tradeguider customers should be aware that although Gavin can appear charming he and tradeguider are notorious for treating customers with contempt and over promising. It is a pity because it could be a good company with a customer focus and some investment in better technology. (apparently they can't upload webinar archives and newsletters to the VSA club as they are having server problems. A bit concerning for a software company...)

    Out of the blue I got a phone call yesterday from a new employee who was introducing himself as a trader who was open to answering any trading/TG software questions. Maybe they are looking to address some of their problems.
