don't know if flag patterns apply to weekly charts ... but, very nice weekly flag has developed for NDO.
anyway regardless, NDO this week: open 4.3, close 4.1. Not a bad result considering it touched mid-3's.
Can't call next week. But if weekly flags work then could close somewhere in the 4.3-4.5 range. If not, then ... that's still my guess. We'll see. Either way, holding for the longer term.
