Can someone help explain gross performance? I can't make 8.15% fit in any scenario.
My calcs: initial investment $10 000, total dividends $1 475, compound interest annually is equivalent to 4.7%. This is aside from my $10 000 now only being worth $8 250 at present if I sold.
I also think the NTA and cumulative dividends are two different graphs. Cumulative dividends is also nonsense, it is irrelevant for any investments after first payment.
