As a shareholder, and you also as shareholders, demand recurring and constant status updates from the leadership team.
Each of leadership team once a week will give summary and write down in words a brief summary of what they have been working on the previous week, what they are working on this week and that they will be working on next week, and if there are any blockers in the way of their progress. These will then be collated and delivered for public consumption. This will ensure a fluid connection between shareholders who are funding the leadership team's wages, and to encourage the levels of performance needed to turn Hawson's Iron in to a successful mining operation.

We need to know what our leadership team are spending their time on, especially those with interests outside of Hawson's Iron. We need to make sure we have leaders who are fully committed - and if they are not, then we can look for other employees who are looking to put in the hard work and time to achieve results - those that will be heavily rewarded with fortunes of money if they are able to bring HIO to fruition.
Our leadership team have nothing to hide and full disclosure is nothing but a positive for all parties and stakeholders involved.
