Weekly Tranche

The announcement was made on 27 October that an initial payment of $150k had been received as a down payment on 10 $1m convertible notes and that there would be payment of weekly tranches of up to $800k . Well its now nine days since the announcement and no word one whether the next "weekly tranche" has hit the bank account or indeed how much has been paid, $800k or some lesser sum. Even if $800k was received, the total received would be $950k and needs to be topped up to $1m before they can issue the note, so probably FAS cannot access the funds until the note is issued.
