I doubt the current shareprice has anything to do with the board situation. The CR itself was sloppy, it was always required but they did the worst job possible.. that is the boards fault and hence they are not doing a good job.
they have diluted shareholders more than required. The only hope anybody has is that the CR fails and evolution get a bunch of shares, that way there should at least be a push in shareprice to get evolution out with some dollars.
if the board don’t participate then I would say lights out, because they obviously don’t believe in their own company and only care about their salary’s.
