That is quite possible, the fact still remains that the CR was a necessary evil at the bashed SP which was caused by the vote.

Its not a coincidence that the SP dropped after the 249D submissions.

Then TruthLiar gets on here and blames the company for a poor CR despite being the reason for it.

Classic manipulation.

Had the BOD been left alone I believe the positive quarterly would have pushed the SP back above 2c and the CR would have been done at 2c or more.

Ah well, at least some people got a nice entry price and continue to take advantage of these cheap shares.
