It’s no riddle at all Brew

There was a break fee if they didn’t use Peak. No idea if they paid it - not my business to discuss the quantum.

And it was also Peak that went firm at 2 cents on the raise but the company wouldn’t take the money for reasons I outlined earlier.

As for giving existing a chance to enter at a decent price well only half the deal was a rights issue so existings have still suffered a decent amount of dilution due to the pricing.

And if it so decent why doesn’t board and management participate!
