weekly update, page-5

I know "business doesn't stop because of school holidays" , but sometimes some things don't get done when the staff that usually perform a particular task goes on holidays.
I've seen it happen before, even though you'd think that someone else would perform the task.
Of course that would only happen in a company that's not well run, and let's face it, Icon has a history that some would say matches that description.

As I said in the original post: I'm not concluding that it's the reason, as it seems like a poor excuse. I just thought I'd point out the timing coincidence.

Maybe someone could phone them and find out what the reason is.
