Interesting reading!
MHM got a freezing order against Frank on 27 November preventing him from disposing of any assets up to the value of $669K. The assets affected are listed and include an Executive catamaran and two yachts.
It would appear that mediation occurred on 6 February, but it was not conclusive.
So, why couldn't MHM provide us with an update on these matters? They are on the public register....
