i dont know what ARR did, or their sector, but NMS are in such a prime position to take advantage of whats coming in the offshore O&G industry, but have maybe fallen out of favour with the industry leaders, or the investment community, and now linger on with no news recently.
they have reported a very similar story to a lot of O&G services companies lately, from oz and abroad, and likewise report things returning to normal later this calendar year.
from now on, are NMS to be treated differently - dunno ?????????????
