The agreement has been reinstated, so yes they get their half from commencement. No EGM, no vote (no 2nd chance draw). It won't affect the letter of credit from Hyundai (though the existence of this deal would seem to contradict Bretts observation of the difficulty of raising funds in the current environment).
Hoots you may well be correct about where we open, but the fundamentals still hold up and the prospect of a legal stoush has been removed.
