    "Wonder if they will buy EIM stake first up cheap?"

    CK - WEG / SS & T own 20% they cant buy the EIM stake without offering a full take over offer - ASIC rule - They could however get a commitment from EIM that they would accept into a take over offer - This recently happened with SOL take over of Exco ( EXS ) Ivanhoe ( IVA ) gave SOL a pre commitment prior to the take over being offered.
