The simplistic way I see it, WEG and Tony didnt get along but the PLV board knew that they needed the WEG more than they needed Tony. Tony get punted, negotiations recommence, a new funding agreement gets done with the Hong Kong Group - PLV share holders are left with 50% of Cockatoo and 100% of Irvine (which, according to EIM, is the real jewel in the crown).
If all three parties (PLV, WEG and GNR) can start playing happy families then just maybe we may all win out of it.
Anyone willing to transfer me their PLV shares off-market for 14c?
