PLV are deadly quiet on the basis of the $24 million funding.
What are "Nice" getting for their $24 Million?
Is this a form of "pre sales" only

Last time I remember PLV being this quiet was when we first handed 50% of Cockatoo to Timeone. What were we getting for giving them 50%? It took a long time for PLV to basically say "Nothing"

Now, what are we giving for the $24 Million. What is the backbone of this arrangement and why hasn't PLV come straight out and told us?
