I think you think PAA are a lot further down the track with a treatment for COVID than they really are. Lab results are nice but it means nothing until it's been tested in humans.
Comparisons to the speed of major pharma companies getting vaccines to market is unfair on PAA. For example Astra Zeneca spent over £15 billion on their vax.
PAA don't have that kind of money and nobody (govt grants included) aren't going to give them a penny until they've tested in humans. The facts are the tablets still require formulation and manufacture before a human trial can get underway.
Maybe that's a hard pill for you to swallow (pun intended).
