It was probably a smart move by pyc to raise now. With the signings they already have and milestones being achieved In my opinion we won't see the SP drop much at all.
They will have money in the bank, plus an unknown amount from milestone payment from todays announcement plus another milestone payment due anytime in relation to Medimmune partnership.
Other deals very close.
The dilution is frustrating but looking at the bigger picture i think the pros outweigh the cons.
