There are good arguments to suggest both are more medium term factors. I am expecting continued good numbers supporting SP for several quarters yet.
On the 'wonder drug' risk, we are talking about worldwide, a large and increasing number of obese people. And some people suffering from apnea are not obese at all. But, like the Titanic, it'll be a very slow turn even IF there is drug effectiveness, with government reimbursement, and side effects are minimal.
