If you go off current earnings and growth trajectory then the price is ~30% lower than current Fair Value / Intrinsic Value estimates using both the Morning Star Ratings model and the updated Benjamin Graham formula (both sit ~ $31.50). So I think you got to ask if any changes to their business model be it cost cutting, stronger competition or whatever else will impact their revenue negatively by ~30%?
I took a very small position way to early when price dropped below $29 and have held off selling or adding but now like you I see way more upside than downside and think any price around $23 or lower is probably a steal for RMD.
