If your referring to cost blow outs with drilling karoon are not the operator in the browse! where they have been, Brazil they were ahead of time and under budget, so if you are going to be critical don't be noclujo get the facts right.
Addressing your question "so whats happening is anyones guess?", In my opinion and it is just that, we are seeing the big funds simply using panic to lessen there average cost while maintaining their holding by panicking the sheep into stoploss positions.
