I have a set of 5kg dumbells and I think they are now too light for further muscle growth. Is the next step up 10kgs or should I go for 7 or 8kg. I tempted by the former as doubling up is a big jump. Anyone know? I'll probably get the adjustable ones perhaps but I don't want the weights to slip off and land on my foot!
