Hi Dfonze
Dont take what I say as gospel, I'm not a doctor or dietician and you are responsible for your own safety and 15kg is a lot to shift -
I've been in and out of hospital for the last year and a half. On one occasion I didnt eat a thing for a week.(how often have you tried that). I thought OK at least I'll lose some weight. Got home on the scales, didnt lose a thing.
After another attack I was in for a week again, but this time I had a fever. Even though I was in bed, my metabolism was raging. Resting heart rate 100bpm. Lost 8 kilos in a week!!!
Lesson: keep your metabolism high. Eat many small meals and keep the body furnace burning. Get your heart rate up numerous times a day, say once an hour. Even 2 minutes of skipping will do. Each sessions effects last longer than the point of cessation of exercise. Just dont overdo it. If you can do 1 kg that is brilliant.
Good Luck
