    best time for protein is within 30mins after your workout, you break down muscle fibres whilst training then the protein hit allows them to get the nutrients they need to recover. Before bed is another good time as the body does most of its recovery during the night whilst you sleep.

    Dont train the same muscle groups each day, (you mentioned you do curls each day) they need at least 72 hrs rest between workouts, its very easy to overtrain.

    Train, rest, recover, sleep and diet are as important as training really. Try pre exhausting muscle groups if weights are limited, for example do chest and shoulders, then triceps as your tri's will be pre exhausted from the pushing movements beforehand...

    Same with pulling movements, back and biceps etc...

    Use compound movements to begin with, the big ones that workout 2-3 muscle groups rather than the isolation movements if you want size and strength...
