Hi Vlad thanks for the tip I will try eating less food more often and start training tomorrow. 15 kg has been put on over about 5 years so not sure how long it will take to shed, all I do is walk the dog everyday and play squash once per week which has not been enough thats why I figure push bike will be best option daily with some skipping also. I dont like jogging.
