    OMS, what space of time do you use inbetween reps & sets? I've just completed one set of bicep curls as per your suggestion at 10kgs and I just made it with 60 second intervals between reps. I'll reduce it to 12/8/6/4 to begin with I think but I'd like guidance on time.
