Agree completely. I will lay odds on the 3m seller is a fake and will magically just "disappear" eventually. Just a matter of time now. PEN has been capped at 5.1 but it won't stay there for long IMO.

IMO this is serious accumulating going on, made even the more easier with the impatient and some small day traders dropping off on each run.

I personally see this as a very positive sign.
