I try to read all the posts here but it is hard work.

I see lots of predictions about how the SP will fall when stock gets allocated (logical response) but no explanation for why it is rallying now?

Has there been a post about what underwriters do in placements and how it can backfire really quickly?

A little while ago the collective wisdom of the market had LYC valued at 30c a share. Now they will have the same amount of cash in the bank and production at full speed so cash flow is better.

I think this will be valued soon at that 30c level less a dilution factor so at least 25c and from there if a few things go well this could be a 40-50c stock again this year.

If current shareholders have held all they way down to 12c and then subscribed to the offer I doubt many will be sellers the second they get an allocation.

    This thing could fall up.
